Tejas Networks is committed to a fair, transparent and merit-based recruitment process. We do not solicit, collect or accept any form of payment, deposit, advance or financial commitment from candidates at any stage of hiring. Any demand for money in connection with employment opportunities, interviews, training, onboarding or related activities is fraudulent and should be reported immediately. Submission of candidate profiles through our recruitment channels and career portal is completely free of charge and no individual or agency is authorized to seek compensation on behalf of the Company.
How to Identify Genuine Tejas Networks Recruitment Communications:
- Official recruitment communication is sent only through authorized email addresses using the @tejasnetworks.com domain.
- Tejas Networks conducts a structured recruitment process that includes one or more interviews. We do not conduct hiring through chat rooms, instant messaging platforms, WhatsApp, Telegram, or similar applications.
- We do not request Aadhar card, PAN card, Voter Id, bank account details, credit card information, tax documents, passwords, OTP’s or other sensitive financial and personal information as part of the pre-recruitment process.
- We do not issue employment offers without a formal evaluation and recruitment process.
Fraud Prevention Guidance:
- Do not respond to unsolicited job offers or interview invitations requesting payment.
- Do not share personal, financial or login credentials with unverified individuals or websites.
- Do not open suspicious email attachments or click unknown links.
